Dark blue theme

So my scalable theme is here! I'm new to theme creation (and even relatively new to drawing scalable graphics), but I've tried to do my best. The theme is made with Inkscape and can be found here. Any suggestions to improve the appearance are welcome. 
This theme supports all widgets from the default Black theme:
